OLYMPIC SAILING

June 2021, the Finn class sailboat held their national championships here in Corpus Christi. The Finn sailboat is an Olympic class single man dingy, that has been in the Olympics since 1952. This year 2021, is an Olympic year. Thus the participants of this event are not "local" but sailors from all over the USA. Some have been to the Olympics, some are trying to go to the Olympics. It will be my job to photograph their effort. I will be in a chase boat provided by Mr. John Holmgreen, member of the Corpus Christi Yacht Club, and I might add an expert at navigation and boat handling.
